Erin and Ben saw each other from across the room at a bar in Minneapolis and it was love at the first sight. Well, that's not exactly how it happened, but we'll skip the part about Erin's friends teaming up on Ben that night to make sure he wasn't up to no good. After a long-distance relationship for a few years, they decided that mutual proximity was preferable and they made it official a few weeks ago on the last blisteringly hot day of the year.
